The Joys of Maternity Leave

This morning Gregg and I leisurely awoke around 9am when Wynne came in to our room after spending the entire night sleeping cozily in her own little bedroom just next door (yes, she's been doing amazingly well sleeping in "Wynnie's bed" for a few months now!). She climbed in to bed with us. August still slept next to me and so I passed him over to snuggle with Daddy after Wynne had first cuddled with him. Wynne then came over to my side of the bed and with her head on my shoulder said, "I love you mommy, and daddy, and little brother". It was wonderful! She'll often tell us each individually,"I love you Daddy" or "I love you Mommy", but this was the first time Gregg and I had heard her put it all together. We feel so blessed with our family!
